Rebecca Atienza has been the General Manager of Hacienda San Pedro brand since 2005. She has been the main responsible for the evolution and development of the brand ever since she traded her career in big pharma for joinjng her father in the family coffee busness. Café Hacienda San Pedro, now a farm-to-cup project, yields one of the best high-quality island, single origin coffees of the world, from Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Rebecca has been also jn charge for all the exports of Hacienda San Pedro coffee. In 2008, after completing barista and cupping certifications, she founded Hacienda San Pedro Coffee Shop, now with four locations in San Juan. Rebecca studied microbiology and is a certified Q Grader. She has served as National Sensory Judge in several barista competitions localy and internationally.
